■緊急事態宣言について
【5月25日発表】
新型コロナウイルに関する緊急事態宣言が全国47都道府県で解除されました。
今後、3週間ごとに状況を見ながら緩和していき、少しずつ社会生活を元に戻します。
現時点での政府の基本的対処方針は下記のとおりです。（コロナウイルスの状況により方針は変更されます）
■ About emergency declaration
【May 25 Announcement】
Urgent declarations regarding the Covid-19 have been lifted in 47 prefectures nationwide.
From now on, we will relax the restrictions every three weeks while watching the situation, and gradually regain social life.
The current basic policy of the government is as follows. (The policy may change depending on the situation of Corona Virus)
■都道府県を跨ぐ移動について。観光振興について。
（~5月末まで）
全県にて、不要不急の移動は避ける事。
（6月1日～6月18日）
東京・神奈川・埼玉・千葉・北海道への移動は慎重に行う事。必要がなければ移動しない事。
観光は、各都道府県における県内の観光振興から徐々に再開。
（6月19日以降）
47都道府県、制限なく移動可能。
観光は、県外からの呼び込みを実施。国内旅行を活性化させていく見込み。
（７月下旬～）
観光業界復興の為、日本政府は、国内に向けた観光需要換気策として「Go To Travelキャンペーン」を実施予定。
消費者が購入した旅行商品の代金の1/2相当分のクーポン（宿泊割引、クーポンに加え、地域産品、飲食等で利用可）を
一人あたり1泊最大2万円付与するものです。
■ About moving across prefectures. About tourism promotion.

Be careful when moving to Tokyo, Kanagawa, Saitama, Chiba, and Hokkaido. Do not move unless you need to.

In order to revive the tourism industry, the Japanese government plans to carry out the “Go To Travel Campaign” as a domestic tourism demand ventilation measure.
Distribute a coupon equivalent to 1/2 of the price of travel products purchased by consumers (available for accommodation discounts, coupons, local products, food, etc.)
Up to 20,000 yen per person per night.
■入国制限について
新たに11か国・地域が入国拒否対象国となり、合計111か国・地域が入国拒否となります。
期間は5月31日まででしたが、6月30日までに延長。
同様に、発給済みの査証（ビザ）の効力を停止し、ビザ免除措置も凍結する措置も6月30日まで延長。
入国する場合は日本人も含め自宅やホテルで14日間の待機を要請する。
■ Immigration restrictions
Eleven new countries / regions are now subject to entry denial, and a total of 111 countries / regions will be denied entry.
The period was until May 31, but it was extended to June 30.
Similarly, the issued visa will be suspended and the visa exemption and freezing measures will be extended until June 30th.
When entering the country, request a waiting period of 14 days at home or at the hotel, including Japanese people.

▼ホテルの動向について
▼ About hotel trends
弊社を通したインターンシップ・就労で、学生達の勤務先となるホテルの多くが沖縄県になります。
沖縄の状況についてですが、4月30日を最後に、新型コロナウイル感染者はひとりも発生していない状況です。
県を跨ぐ移動制限や海外からのお客様減少に伴い、5月末、または6月末まで休館をしているホテルが殆どです。
ですが、夏頃には日本政府の観光復興支援策も始まり、また入国制限が解除されれば、
海外からのお客様も戻りますので、外国人スタッフは不可欠となります。
Many of the hotels where our students work will be in Okinawa Prefecture due to internships and working through our company.
Regarding the situation in Okinawa, there is no new coronavirus infected person after April 30th.
Most hotels are closed until the end of May or the end of June due to restrictions on traveling across prefectures and a decrease in overseas guests.
However, if the Japanese government's measures to support tourism reconstruction begin in the summer and immigration restrictions are lifted,
Guests from overseas will also return, so foreign staff is essential.
また、もう一つの受入れ地域である北海道についてですが、最後まで緊急事態宣言対象地域となりました。
それに伴い、各ホテル、観光名所で6月末までは休館が続く所が多いです。
ですが、感染者数も落ち着いてきましたので、北海道の魅力を存分に発揮する冬頃には
海外からのお客様も戻るのではないかと予想しています。
Regarding Hokkaido, which is another acceptance area, it was the area subject to the emergency declaration until the end.
As a result, many hotels and tourist attractions are closed until the end of June.
However, the number of infected people has calmed down, so in winter when the full potential of Hokkaido is fully demonstrated.

世界中どこもそうですが、日本国内では、お客様が安全に過ごせるよう、
政府による各業種別マニュアルは勿論、自主努力で店舗内の換気、距離、消毒の徹底、お客様対応の工夫を図っているところが殆どです。
コロナの第二波、第三波が来ることを予測した対策もとっていますので、
日本入国可能な時期が来ましたら、先生方も学生の皆様もインターンシップ・就労は勿論、旅行でも安心して来日して頂けるかと思います。
